We educate and guide clients through the probate process, including the preparation and filing of Petitions to the Probate Court, Attorney Representation in Probate Court and newspaper publications. Our practice is limited to uncontested Will probate.

Tom attended Davidson College in North Carolina and graduated from law school at the University of Georgia. He has been practicing law in Brunswick, Georgia, since 1963. In 1971, he served as president of the Young Lawyers of Georgia. Later he was president of the Brunswick-Glynn County Bar Assn., president of the Brunswick Exchange Club
Tom attended Davidson College in North Carolina and graduated from law school at the University of Georgia. He has been practicing law in Brunswick, Georgia, since 1963. In 1971, he served as president of the Young Lawyers of Georgia. Later he was president of the Brunswick-Glynn County Bar Assn., president of the Brunswick Exchange Club, president of the Glynn County Quarterback Club, and in 1973 named the Brunswick/Glynn County Man of the Year. He has traveled in 72 countries. Married to Marie Burton Dennard, has 3 children and 9 grandchildren.

JoAnne graduated from William Paterson University in New Jersey with a degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice. She received her Paralegal Certificate from Valdosta State University. She has been Tom's Paralegal since November 2021.

We are in an office community building called The Wick. The Wick is located on the block of Newcastle Street between The Market on Newcastle and Subway. We do have an elevator to the second floor. Our office, #200, is straight ahead out of the elevator.
